Happens when I arrive?
Arrival Info
- Avoid the rush by arriving early! Check in at the Sheraton Boston Hotel Lobby begins at 3 pm. Check-in will end promptly at 6 pm. (Late check-in will continue during the evening session.)
- If you arrive after 6 pm, you should go to the 5th floor of the Sheraton for late check in.
- We house 4 students per room. To room with your friends, all of you must go through check-in together. Ideally, your whole campus will be housed on the same floor(s), in the same hotel — if you go through check-in with your entire campus. This is one of the reasons we require campuses to go through registration at set times.
