“And since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let each exercise them accordingly…” Romans 12:6

It is obvious that God has gifted each one of us differently, but have you ever wondered how you could use some of your unique gifts and talents to serve God in full-time ministry? The Boston Winter Conference wants to offer you a special opportunity to become a BWC Apprentice and discover just how those talents can be used to help change the lives of college students.

Every year at the Boston Winter Conference, our team of staff come together to produce and work the conference. We want to invite you to join with us this year and discover the satisfaction that comes from using those unique gifts and talents in full time ministry.

When: The first week in January

Where: Sheraton Boston Hotel

What: Boston Winter Conference Apprenticeship

Who: Students who have attended at least one BWC who wish to help put on the conference.

Job Description:

  • work closely with full-time staff
  • help complete conference projects and processes
  • report to team leader in your area of the conference
  • raise financial support to cover the cost of the conference plus meals and travel expenses.

We believe that God has gifted you to reach others for Christ using your full potential and in ways you may never have imagined. Take this opportunity to explore some of those options and to further develop the skills and interests that you have.
